Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students in grades K-12 at multiple schools in Southeast Florida. This contract role starts January 5, 2026, and runs through June 2, 2026, requiring 35 hours per week. The psychologist will be assigned to three campuses, providing essential services including assessments, counseling, and participation in meetings to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological testing and evaluations for a diverse student population
- Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement supportive interventions
- Participate in meetings related to student health and educational planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district policies
Qualifications:
- Current and active Florida Department of Health Psychologist Licensure required
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple school sites
- Commitment to student-centered practices and multidisciplinary teamwork
Location:
- Southeast Florida Coast, primarily serving three schools within the public school district area
