Overview:
A high-demand, cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountain View is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team. This role is designed for clinicians who want mastery, not volume—offering true 1:1 care, full clinical autonomy, and time to deliver your best work.
Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week), candidates with 15+ hours/week considered
New graduate PTs encouraged

Caseload / Patient Population:
General orthopedic patients in a cash-based outpatient clinic
Private treatment rooms with full gym access
Active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals
Full-time caseload: ~28 patients/week
All visits are 1:1, 60-minute sessions
AI-supported documentation to reduce admin time
$100 bonus for each patient treated beyond 28 visits
Support to develop a specialty area or advanced certification
Compensation:
Full-Time Base: $105,000 – $135,000
Total Potential: Up to $165,000 with commissions
Part-Time Rate: $45 – $60/hour
$4,000 referral bonus for referring a hired PT
