Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic (Cash-Based)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Mountain View, CA
Overview:
A high-demand, cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountain View is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team. This role emphasizes mastery over volume, with true 1:1 care, clinical autonomy, and time to deliver the best outcomes.
Full-time preferred (40 hrs/wk), but candidates with 15+ hours/week are considered
New grads are encouraged and supported

Caseload / Patient Population:
General orthopedic patients in a fully cash-based setting
Private treatment rooms with full gym access
Active adults, athletes, and motivated individuals
Full-time caseload: ~28 patients/week
All visits are 1:1, 60-minute sessions
AI-supported documentation
Extra $100 per patient treated beyond the 28-visit threshold
Specialty development and certification encouraged
Compensation:
Full-Time Base: $105,000–$135,000
Total Potential: Up to $165,000 with commissions
Part-Time Rate: $45–$60/hour
$4,000 referral bonus for referring a hired PT
