An opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy within a virtual school setting. The position requires delivering speech-language services to a diverse caseload of students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade across multiple private school locations. This role emphasizes telepractice, providing flexible and accessible intervention via virtual platforms.
Location: Greensboro, NC (virtual school services)
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time or Part-Time (25 to 26 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 35 hours weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Implement teletherapy sessions tailored to student needs across a broad age range.
- Collaborate with educational staff to monitor student progress and modify treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Utilize VOCO telepractice tools and resources to enhance therapy outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Experience and proficiency in teletherapy services within educational settings.
- Commitment to working exclusively as a VOCO Speech Language Pathologist; candidates with SLPA or SLP-CF credentials will not be considered.
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently across multiple virtual private school locations.
