Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all local and state qualifications, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Valid or eligible Delaware Department of Education (DOE) certification

Completion of background check and fingerprinting as required by state regulations

Typical Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in an elementary school setting
