We are currently seekingSpeech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Wilmington, DE, for the 2024-2025 school year. These full-time, on-site positions will involve working with students across various grade levels and programs, including early year, elementary, and secondary students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in early year programs, elementary schools, and secondary schools
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement therapy goals
- Maintain accurate therapy records and student progress reports
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
