Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles in partnership with school districts in the Castle Rock, Colorado area for the upcoming school year. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to helping students thrive through individualized support and evidence-based interventions.
Details:
- Location: Castle Rock, CO
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $45+ per hour
- Caseload: Middle school age group. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit based on experience.
Requirements Applicants Must Meet All Local and State Criteria: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services License with an endorsement in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance
- Compliance with all state-mandated continuing education requirements
Responsibilities: - Provide remote speech and language therapy to students in K12 settings
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using teletherapy platforms
- Develop and manage IEPs in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Regularly consult with educators, parents, and support staff
- Adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs in a virtual environment
