Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following state and district qualifications:

Valid South Carolina SLPA license issued by the South Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program

Must work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred

Must pass required background checks and district onboarding procedures
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLP

Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Document student progress and maintain service logs

Support in conducting screenings and informal assessments

Collaborate with the supervising SLP, educators, and support staff

Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized work environment
