Were seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive district team in Prescott, AZ. The SLP will work across two elementary campuses, delivering direct services and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy and monitor progress

Collaborate with teachers and parents

Maintain compliance documentation and Medicaid billing

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to district-wide speech services
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

AZ Department of Education Certificate (Speech Pathologist)

AZ Department of Health Services License

CCCs preferred
-
Fingerprint clearance

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
