We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Worker to join a dedicated team within a school district in Federal Heights, Colorado. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting high school students social-emotional well-being and mental health through direct counseling and collaboration with staff and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling services to high school students

Conduct social-emotional assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Partner with school staff to promote student success and emotional well-being

Consult with families and coordinate services with community-based organizations

Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services provided
Qualifications:

Masters degree in social work or a related field

Valid Colorado School Social Work license or eligibility

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge of evidence-based counseling methods and interventions
