Caseload: Varies by school needs (K-12)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff

Monitor and document student progress regularly

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team evaluations
Required Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Active Texas OT license issued by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a school or pediatric setting
