BlazerJobs is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based assignment during the 20252026 academic year in the Birmingham, Alabama area. This is an onsite-only position serving two elementary campuses with collaborative teams and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop IEP goals

Collaborate with school staff, families, and other service providers

Ensure compliance with state and district documentation standards

Support students with a range of speech and language needs
Requirements:

Active Alabama SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
-
Alabama State Teaching Certificate is required
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
