Your Impact as a School-Based SLP
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, youll evaluate students with communication challenges, develop customized therapy plans, and deliver targeted interventions to help them succeed. Youll contribute to IEP development, engage in collaborative problem-solving with educators and families, and monitor student progress across the academic year. From speech articulation to expressive/receptive language, your expertise will help unlock every student's potential.
Required Qualifications Illinois
Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for this position in Illinois:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Illinois SLP License issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement required for school settings

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply

Must pass all district-mandated background and fingerprinting requirements
