Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide therapy and intervention services to students with communication challenges, including speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Youll play a critical role in student development by collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs), conduct assessments, and deliver direct and consultative services to promote academic and social success.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Maryland SLP license, and meet all state and district requirements for school-based work. Certification through ASHA (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required for all roles. Background checks and fingerprinting clearance will be required.
