Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) to join our team in Lillington, NC for the 20252026 school year. This is an onsite, full-time role supporting students communication and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students according to IEPs and treatment plans

Assist in screenings, progress monitoring, and data collection

Prepare and maintain therapy materials and documentation

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and support staff to meet student needs

Follow district policies and professional guidelines for school-based services
Requirements:

Active North Carolina SLP-A license

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work onsite and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
