Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based contract positions in the
Los Angeles area. These roles are designed to support students with IEPs in special education settings for the
2025-2026 school year.
About the Role: SLPs will provide
therapy services to students across multiple schools, with some itinerant assignments depending on the region. Caseloads typically range from
5060 students. Solid support is available through
SLP trainers and lead SLPs, ensuring access to guidance and collaboration when needed.
Position Details: - Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Schedule: MondayFriday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Caseload: 5060 students; age groups vary depending on assignment
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 6/10/2026
- Assessment Materials: $2,500 reimbursement available for necessary SLP materials
- CFs (Clinical Fellows): Eligible, pending supervisor assignment
- Training: Bi-weekly district training cohorts; start dates at beginning or middle of month
- Pay Range: $45-55 per hour + reimbursement
- If Travel SLP Housing and Miscellaneous Stipends given + hourly pay
Typical Job Duties: - Provide individualized speech-language therapy to students with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Support students communication, social, and academic development
- Participate in training cohorts, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
