A dynamic elementary school in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite support for preschool students. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication skills in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 preschool students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California Teaching Credential (CTC) required
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM
