Compensation & Benefits

Local Contracts (W-2)

Starting at $30+ per hour, based on experience

What Youll Do

Support licensed SLPs in delivering speech and language therapy to students
Implement assigned portions of IEP goals and collect progress data
Assist in therapy material preparation and documentation
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster communication success
Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

What Youll Need

Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders or related field
Active or pending Indiana SLPA license
Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills
