Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support high school students in the Rosenberg, TX area. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services that enhance students communication skills and help them reach their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized therapy plans designed by the supervising SLP.

Conduct speech, language, and communication activities with students in individual and group settings.

Assist in data collection, progress tracking, and documentation of student performance.

Support classroom teachers and staff in integrating communication strategies into daily instruction.

Maintain organized therapy materials and ensure confidentiality of student records.

Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP regarding student progress and needs.
Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Texas SLPA license required.

Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
