Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Rosenberg, Texas.

The selected professional will work closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support students speech, language, and communication needs in accordance with district and state guidelines.
Requirements:

Must meet all local and state licensure requirements for Speech Language Pathologists in Texas

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
-
School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify students speech and language needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
-
Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and parents to support student outcomes
-
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, tools, and resources to engage students and promote communication skills
-
Support inclusive classroom practices and provide staff training when appropriate
