Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and motivated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, school-based contract opportunity in the Boulder, Colorado area. This position focuses on supporting an elementary school caseload, providing services to help students achieve their communication and academic goals in a collaborative and inclusive setting.
Requirements:

Must meet all local and state licensure requirements for Speech Language Pathologists in Colorado

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
-
Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
-
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to student needs
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services within individual and group settings
-
Maintain detailed progress documentation and complete all required reporting per district and state standards
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success

Offer strategies and training to classroom staff to reinforce communication skills throughout the school day

Use evidence-based interventions and assistive communication technologies when appropriate
