Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist is needed to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students at an elementary school in Arvada, CO. This onsite, contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, parents, and staff to provide psychological services that enhance learning and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for a caseload of approximately 40 students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' needs
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, parents, and administration
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified school psychologist
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
