Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Denver, CO. This contract role involves providing SLP services primarily to K-5 and middle school students. Candidates with pending Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) status will be considered.
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Contract for the current school year
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 2.5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for K-5 and middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication development
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in relevant meetings and professional development
Qualifications:
- Required credential: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); candidates with pending certification may be considered
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Familiarity with school-based speech and language interventions and compliance with state educational standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
