Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for an elementary school setting in Denver, CO. This onsite role provides a valuable opportunity to support the psychological and educational needs of approximately 40 students over the course of the contract from December 8 to May 22.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and support services aimed at promoting student well-being and academic success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to intervention strategies.
- Maintain detailed records and comply with confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed or certified School Psychologist credential.
- Experience working in an elementary school environment.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students efficiently and effectively.
- Commitment to being onsite full-time to engage directly with students and staff.
