Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Pennsylvania Department of Education certification required for school-based roles
Prior school experience or pediatric background strongly preferred Job Duties:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student learning
Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
