Position Details:

Full-time, on-site position

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and case management for students

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans

Conduct assessments and provide resources to help students overcome barriers to learning

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Active Michigan School Social Worker License required

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working with school-aged children
