Position Details:
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

Develop and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
Requirements:

Valid Oregon SLP License issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Completion of a supervised clinical fellowship (CF)
-
Knowledge of IDEA, IEP procedures, and school-based therapy practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
