Key Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Assist students with goal setting, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district policies
Qualifications / Requirements: - Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Active Michigan School Social Worker License preferred
- Experience in K12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Must pass background and fingerprint checks
