Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Douglas, Wyoming. About the Role
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct therapy services and communication support for students with diverse speech and language needs. Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group speech-language therapy sessions under SLP supervision

Assist with implementing IEP goals and documenting student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to promote communication strategies

Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state guidelines

Support a positive and inclusive school environment that encourages student participation and growth
Qualifications & Requirements

Active Wyoming SLPA License (or eligibility for licensure)

Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
