Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement effective strategies that support students participation in school activities
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence
- Document progress and adapt interventions to achieve measurable improvements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and updates
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience
- Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseload and prioritize duties within the school calendar
