- Capped at 60 students maximum for full-time employees
- Monthly re-evaluation ensures caseloads remain around 50-55

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Utilize evidence-based practices for intervention
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Texas SLP Licensure required
- CCC-SLP certification required (fully licensed professionals only)
- NOT accepting Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- NOT accepting SLPAs
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience providing school-based speech and language services
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to work 100% on-site (no remote options)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to full-time employment (35 hours per week)
