A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 public school located in Irving, TX, for the contract school year duration through May 2025. This role involves providing essential speech and language services to support student communication needs within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Manage caseload with detailed record-keeping and case management duties
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working school-based caseloads preferred
- Knowledge of K-12 educational settings and specialized speech therapy techniques
- Ability to conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and thorough case management
Location and Schedule:
- Onsite position based in Irving, TX
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
