This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a full-time, contract position within a K-12 school environment in Dover, DE. The role offers a chance to work directly with students across various grade levels providing essential speech and language therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document therapy progress and outcomes through detailed notes
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Collect and analyze progress monitoring data using specialized software tools such as Data Service Center and Power School IEP
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Speech-Language Pathologist certification with active Delaware licensure (confirmation required)
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school settings across K-12 preferred
- Ability to use electronic systems for data entry and case management

Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Position is primarily on-site in Dover, DE, with some flexibility for hybrid schedules
