A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Delaware County, PA, supporting students within an early intervention program. This contract position offers a flexible schedule within a dynamic educational setting, serving multiple communities including Upper Darby, Yeadon, Broomall, Lansdowne, and Aston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students in an elementary school environment.
- Manage caseload effectively, collaborating with a team of SLPs.
- Adapt to service locations within assigned zones to meet student needs.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation.
- Communicate progress and collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
- Flexibility to service students across multiple areas within the region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Location:
- Positions are based in Broomall, PA, with service coverage in neighboring communities of Delaware County.
Schedule:
- Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours per week).
- Part-time candidates willing to work a minimum of two days per week will also be considered.
