A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting located in Norristown, PA. This contract position spans the current school year, offering approximately 35 hours per week. Candidates seeking part-time arrangements with a minimum commitment of two days per week will also be considered. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services within the Early Intervention program.
- Manage and support a caseload under the guidance of the local Intermediate Unit framework.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with regulatory standards.
- Adapt therapy delivery based on student needs and varying service locations within designated zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Specific experience working as an SLP in school settings.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in delivering Early Intervention services.
- Capability and willingness to provide flexible coverage across multiple school districts.
