Role Summary
As a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) in Duncanville, TX, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Whether you are an experienced clinician or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their communication goals through individualized, evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth.
Provide training and consultation to staff and parents as needed.
Requirements (Texas)
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or CFY eligibility.
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
