Provide skilled physical therapy services for students ranging from preschool through high school in a K-12 school environment. This part-time to full-time contract position requires on-site presence in Corona, CA, supporting a caseload of approximately 35 students. The contract is for the current school year, covering maternity leave until June 4, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and progress monitoring tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and state regulations.
- Participate in meetings and coordinate care plans within the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to commit to approximately 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
