Provide physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting to support students from preschool through high school during a maternity leave assignment. This contract position is located in Irvine, CA, with an expected duration from ASAP through June 4, 2026. This role requires on-site presence; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 35 students, delivering physical therapy treatments based on individual student needs, and collaborating with educators and staff to support student progress. The position is flexible, offering part-time hours around 20 per week; however, candidates willing to work at least 30 hours per week are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments preferred
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to adapt to varying caseload demands and schedules
