Join a full-time contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving K-12 students in the Deltona, FL area. This role is itinerant, supporting multiple private schools and requires on-site work.
Location: Deltona, FL (serving schools in the Oviedo and Sanford areas)
Duration: Contract through end of the current school year (ASAP5/27/2026)
Schedule: Full-time hours, on-site only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to K-12 students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Manage caseload itinerantly across several private schools including Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic School, The Masters Academy, and others
- Maintain documentation and comply with school district and licensing requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or related field
- Valid Florida State License for Speech-Language Pathologists
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working with the K12 student population preferred
- Ability to travel between assigned schools daily
- Candidates must be fully certified SLPs; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered
