Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A professional opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive services within a K-12 educational setting in Louisiana. This contract position will span the current school year, working approximately 37.5 hours per week to support students with moderate to severe disabilities across multiple schools.

- Serve students aged 3 to 22 years old
- Caseload of approximately 71 students distributed among six schools (five K-6 elementary schools and one 7-12 high school)
- Predominantly onsite services; telehealth or VOCO services are not applicable
Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana Occupational Therapy license is required
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy, particularly with moderate to severe disabilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload across multiple schools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services and interventions tailored to the K-12 student population
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, documenting outcomes in compliance with educational standards
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create effective therapy plans
- Provide both direct and indirect services, adapting methods to meet student needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and program requirements
