An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a K-12 school system in Manchester, NH. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver therapeutic intervention services addressing speech, language, voice, fluency, and related communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and reports, consistent with regulatory and ethical standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Prior experience as an SLP in a school setting, working with children from diverse backgrounds K-12
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs and collaborate effectively with school staff
