Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role supports K-12 students across multiple schools in the Germantown, TN area. The position runs from the current school year through the end of the 2025-2026 school year, with opportunities to work with a diverse age range from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student services
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Department of Education Certification
- Current Tennessee Board of Health License for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapy techniques
- Ability to handle caseload management and related administrative duties
