Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting in the Chattanooga area, serving elementary school-age students. This contract role requires on-site presence and will support 1-3 campuses based on caseload needs. The assignment duration spans from ASAP through May 21, 2026.

Position Type: Contract, Full-time (35-37.5 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with educational teams during meetings to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee State SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid Tennessee Department of Education certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged school children in a public school setting
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple campuses effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
