This opportunity is for a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (English and Spanish) serving K-12 students within multiple school sites in the Chicago area. The position runs from ASAP through May 20, 2026, on a full-time contract basis offering a 37.5-hour workweek. The role is on-site only.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services across various early childhood and elementary school settings. Assignments may involve caseloads at up to two different schools, including early childhood programs and itinerant evaluation roles. The district supports Clinical Fellows, provided supervision is arranged.
Key qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Speech Language Pathologist endorsement
- Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with proven bilingual SLP experience
