A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available within a dynamic school district in Wilmington, DE, serving students across preschool, elementary, and high school levels. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, and requires on-site presence, supporting a diverse student population with a focus on psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention.

Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Setting: On-site at multiple school levels Preschool, Elementary, and High School
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support student learning and development
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions tailored to student needs
- Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to creating a positive school climate
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Delaware school psychologist licensure is required
- Experience working in school settings preferred, particularly across preschool, elementary, or high school
- Strong knowledge of educational psychology principles, assessments, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics in all service delivery
