A school-based Occupational Therapist is needed for a maternity leave contract from April 20, 2026, through June 5, 2026, serving elementary students. Located in Anoka, MN, this role supports students at multiple elementary schools and requires a candidate comfortable with travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite occupational therapy services to elementary school students.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals.
- Manage documentation and caseload efficiently within the school setting.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience in pediatric school-based occupational therapy preferred.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Comfortable with travel to multiple school locations within the district.
Location: Anoka, MN (commuting to multiple elementary schools within the district)
