A temporary opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational setting. This position involves coverage during a leave of absence, delivering essential therapy services to elementary students across multiple school sites.
Location: Hopkins, MN
Duration: January 26, 2026 April 17, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload Focus: Elementary school students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite physical therapy services tailored to individual student needs within an educational environment
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to school and state guidelines
- Support multiple elementary schools, fostering communication and coordination across sites

- Valid Physical Therapist license with credentials suitable for school-based therapy
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
