A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 educational setting serving students remotely through teletherapy. This contract position supports a caseload of approximately 50 students with a focus on voice services.
Location:Remote services with students based in Deatsville, AL
Contract Duration:Immediate start through May 22, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services focusing on voice disorders to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
- Collaborate with school personnel and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular case reviews
- Ensure compliance with all state licensure and school district policies
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure (Certification of Clinical Competence - CCC) required; SLPA credentials not acceptable
- Experience and skills in teletherapy and voice disorder intervention
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in a remote educational environment
