Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing specialized support to elementary students in a part-time, contract role for the remainder of the 2026 school year. This position focuses on delivering therapy services to a caseload of Pre-K through 5th-grade students, assisting those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and those requiring Response to Intervention (RTI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students from Pre-K to 5th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech-language needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations.
- Provide therapy services 2.5 days per week, supporting approximately 12 students with IEPs and 7 students receiving RTI.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Illinois State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsement for SLP.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting, preferably with knowledge of both IEP and RTI program structures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
