Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school located in Pflugerville, TX. This contract position runs from January through May 21st and offers a full-time schedule, serving a diverse caseload of students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 45-50 students, including those on speech-only caseloads, resource/inclusion programs, Autism spectrum, and specialized social skills programs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records, assessment data, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Proficient in managing diverse caseloads, including students with Autism and social skills challenges.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
